How do you handle the potential conflict of interest with Reel Unlimited?

We take data privacy and business ethics extremely seriously. While we founded ProRequests based on our experience running Reel Unlimited, we’ve implemented strict separation between the two companies. We’ve resigned from daily operations at Reel Unlimited to focus on ProRequests, and the agency is now managed by a new team. ProRequests operates on completely separate infrastructure with its own dedicated team. No one from Reel Unlimited has access to ProRequests client data, and we adhere to industry best practices for data isolation and security. Your client information is completely private and secure.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for paid plans. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’ll refund your payment with no questions asked.

Is my data secure?

Yes, we take security seriously. We use industry-standard encryption and maintain strict data protection protocols. Your application is hosted on Vercel (a $4B+ enterprise platform provider), files are protected by Cloudflare R2, and databases are managed by Supabase with regular backups and security audits.
